We’ve had the MyAir ducted heat pump system since December 2024, and overall, we’re really happy with it. The installation went smoothly — the team was friendly, got everything done without hassle, and Scott explained how to operate it at handover. One of the best parts is being able to control the temperature in different rooms separately. It means we’re not heating or cooling the whole house when we’re only using a few rooms, which has definitely helped with energy use. The touchscreen is easy to use, and the app is super handy — we’ve used it a lot more than we expected, especially when we’re out and want the house comfy by the time we get home. The system runs quietly and keeps the temperature really steady. The airflow feels nice and even, and the house just feels more comfortable overall. All in all, I'm really happy with the system. It’s modern, efficient, and super easy to use — would definitely recommend it.

We recently installed a ducted system in our home, and we decided to go with the MyPlaceIQ zone control. In our previous house, we had the MyAir with a wall-mounted tablet, but we found ourselves mostly using our phones instead, so this time we opted for MyPlaceIQ and saved some money in the process. The app is super easy to set up and use. One of our favourite features is the ability to set individual timers for each room which is perfect for a household like ours, where everyone has different preferences for temperature. We’re really happy with the decision and would highly recommend adding MyPlaceIQ to any ducted system.
